Anthony Ryan is a Texas-based fashion designer who won the second season of Lifetime’s Project Runway All Stars, along with the title of Fan Favorite & most recently was featured on the All Stars International Winners Edition. He was also cast
on the ninth season of Lifetime’s Project Runway. A Louisiana State University graduate known for his unconventional use of fabrics and raw outlook, Anthony Ryan has been recognized nationally for his award-winning designs in publications such as Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, USA Today, US Weekly & OK Magazine. He has also studied design techniques in Paris, France, under the creative minds behind Vivienne Westwood, Basil Soda, Elie Saab, Jean-Paul Gaultier, and Anne-Valerie Hash.
With his label Couleur + Blindé by Anthony Ryan, he creates fashion to inspire the modern individual with clean lines, definitive shapes, bold colors & unconventional fabric selections. His innovative use of color, pattern, texture & simple forms continues to bring forward-thinking individuals striking pieces that are current yet unfading.
Ross Bennett began out of a pure passion for beautiful classic tailoring and a love of great menswear and suiting. Ross has been designing clothing for over 12 years and originally began as a custom women’s brand, but after seeing a huge void in the suiting world, he decided to shift gears and began creating one of a kind pieces for discerning men and women around the world.
Ross believes that each individual has their own story to tell and guides clients to find the pieces that suit their needs rather than ever pushing fabrics or trends. Ross takes great pride in providing every client with a one of a kind experience that helps client’s to find their inner confidence and empowers them to create a personal style to last a lifetime.
Ross was featured on NBC’s Fashion Star in 2012.
Austin based designer Daniel Esquivel was a finalist on Project Runway season 11 and appeared on Project Runway All Stars Season 3.His personal whimsy and intuitive style came together to create sophisticated and classic designs with the right amount of edge. Esquivel currently works as a bridal stylist at Pronovias Bridal in Austin, Texas, along with creating his ready wear collections.
Most recent contestant as Nicole Richie’s designer on NBC’s Fashion Star Season 2, Texas based Priscilla Barroso has had a wild run in the fashion industry since launching Crowned Bird in Fall of 2012. No stranger to travel, Barroso flies like a bird to her most inspiring places gathering articles of inspiration for each collection. Born as a first generation Turkish/Panameña. She understands that despite her less than traditional upbringing in the suburbs of Dallas, Priscilla is happy to have had it shape the nostalgic presence of her designs. Raised in a large extended family, her greatest influences still now come from all the strength and diversity of several generations sharing one home. Inheriting a love for fashion, travel, and forgotten novelties, an unplanned trip to San Francisco found herself with a scholarship studying fashion design at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. She became the master of multi-tasking, working hard as a freelance stylist for Levi Strauss & Co, most pronounced bespoke tailor for Al’s Attire in San Francisco, and partnering in an organic and sustainable dog apparel line while attending school. Literally from head-to-toe, she has been involved of every aspect of production. She became known for her craft specializing in oddities of handmade hats, shoes, suits, and Victorian wedding gowns. Experiences in the industry lead to catching her own ‘Big Fish’ with eclectic designs contributing to the rise in independent American fashion. Her valuable knowledge and reference to styling, history, and functionality came from working hard as a woman in a man’s world. Priscilla has proudly tailored the best of San Francisco and beyond, assisting in producing private labels for Japanese brands such as BEAMS and UNITED ARROWS, as well as dressing musicians, from indies Two Gallants, to icons such as Carlos Santana and Tom Waits himself. Now, with the wisdom gained from a fortunate tailoring experience , Priscilla treads a lifelong ambition to unravel traditional garment making through colorful and inspired expression.
Kelly Dempsey is a self-taught fashion designer from a small town outside of Boston, Massachusetts. Kelly credits sifting through 25 cent bins at thrift stores as a child to her innate eclectic design instincts that later landed her runner-up on Season 14 ‘Project Runway.’
Kelly is most known for creating highly unique textiles from unexpected & unconventional materials. A product of a creative space, her knack for design has quickly made a name for herself throughout the industry.
Any Old Iron is the brainchild of designer/stylist, Andrew Clancey and arts-entrepreneur, Christopher Melton. The labels name is rooted in the olden cry of a scrap man collecting metal with his horse and cart, and also hearkens to Clancey’s family scrap metal business which was founded in 1872. “Any Old Iron,” is also an Old English music hall song which references a young man’s sartorial dandyism – a quality that is distinctly English, and, ever-present in the brands aesthetic
In October of 2015, Any Old Iron moved its store to Nashville Tennessee from NYC, looking to dress the cities musicians and fashion forward locals . AOI is excited be part of Nashville’s growth.
